Our policy for payment issues and refund requests. This text should be reviewed by the server operator before publication.
01 /Current Availability
GTA Rivals RP does not currently operate an official store or sell in-game rewards directly through this website. Do not send money to anyone claiming to offer official purchases unless a verified staff announcement states otherwise.
02 /Previous or Incorrect Charges
If you have a charge relating to a previous community service, duplicated transaction, or suspected impersonation, retain your payment confirmation and contact staff through the official Discord support channels.
03 /Refund Requests
Any legitimate previous payments will be reviewed based on the original transaction terms and applicable consumer protection law. This policy does not limit any non-waivable refund or chargeback rights.
04 /Third-Party Sellers
Purchases with unaffiliated third-party sellers are not purchases from GTA Rivals RP. Report impersonation to the platform, your payment provider, and community staff.
05 /Contact Support
Open a private Discord support ticket describing the transaction and relevant dates. Never publish full payment details or banking information in a public channel.
