These terms describe gameplay participation, account conduct and server moderation. Final legal review by the server operator is recommended.
01 /Agreement and Eligibility
By accessing the GTA Rivals RP website, Discord community or FiveM game server, you agree to comply with these community terms and applicable law. You must comply with the age and account requirements of Discord, Grand Theft Auto V, and FiveM.
02 /Accounts and Security
Use only accounts that you are authorized to access. Keep your login details secure. Impersonation, credential sharing for abuse, and circumventing suspensions or bans are prohibited. Discord authentication is used to associate a community profile with your account.
03 /Community Conduct
Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, exploitation, malicious behavior, cheating, and deliberate abuse of technical vulnerabilities are not allowed. Gameplay and roleplay are also governed by the separately published Server Rules.
04 /Community Services
GTA Rivals RP does not currently operate an official digital goods store. Unauthorized sellers cannot represent this community. Please report suspected impersonation or misleading third-party sales to staff.
05 /Moderation and Enforcement
Staff may remove content, restrict access, suspend or ban accounts, and investigate reports when necessary to protect the community. Decisions may be appealed through available official support channels.
06 /Availability and Changes
Server access and game services may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, outages, abuse mitigation, or external platform issues. Features and gameplay balancing may change. Material policy revisions should be published with a new effective date.
07 /Liability and Third Parties
GTA Rivals RP is a community project not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. Discord, FiveM, and GTA services are subject to their respective terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
08 /Contact and Support
For account issues, appeals or policy questions, use our official Discord support channels. Do not post sensitive account details in public channels.
